【グルメ】ニューウエーブ・青森

自分の誕生日（2月7日）のお祝いとして、憲法記念日に誕生日会を近所のカレー屋でやりました（家族だけでね･･････）

本格インドカレーでしたね。注文されてから水にスパイスを調合して作っているみたいで15分ぐらい待たされたけど、初めての本格インドカレーって感じでよかったです。カレーはきのこカレーとベジタブルカレーを選びました。辛口だったんですけど、味覚が2歳で狂ってしまったみのる（20）にとってはそんなに辛くはないと思いましたが、なんか自然の恵みを多く感じられる料理でした。

サムラートもおいしいんですけど、サムラートは日本人好みの味付けになっているなって感じがしますね。こっちのほうがインド料理っぽくて好きですね。

そして！今回の題名に由来する青森のにゅーうぇーぶを紹介しよう。題して

つゆ焼きそば by 黒石市（made in うちのお父様）

なんか、青森県の中でも異質の空気を放つ黒石市が生んだ、ニューウェーブラーメンです。
名前の通り、焼きそばを使っています。普通に焼いた焼きそばにラーメンのつゆをかけるんですよ。間違っても餡かけじゃないです。それにラーメンの具材を（チャーシュー、ゆで玉子等）を載せるだけ。

味は、、、ラーメンのつゆに焼きそばの味でしたね。
どうしてこんなものが開発されたのかすごい疑問なんですが、ラーメンフリークとしては食べておかなければならないと思って食べたけど、あまりに普通すぎるｗｗ

たぶんこれが上海麺になればおいしいんじゃないかと自分は睨んでいるのですが、どうですかね。

It is not correct to judge high school students because they buy essays. Very oft they do not have free time to complete their academic papers themselves.
